MOQ depends on the product model, customization requirements, materials, components and production arrangements. For OEM, ODM and customized projects, MOQ can be discussed according to the specific project and long-term cooperation requirements.
Yes. Samples can be arranged for evaluation before bulk production. Depending on the model and development requirements, a sample or development fee may apply.
Sample development time depends on the design complexity, materials, components, moulds, tools and other development requirements. For most customized projects, the development process may take approximately 1–3 months or longer.
Yes. We offer safety footwear models that comply with applicable Malaysian requirements, including models with SIRIM certification and DOSH-related compliance, subject to the specific product model and certification scope.
Yes. Relevant test reports, certification documents and technical information can be provided for applicable products upon request and subject to the specific product model.
Yes. Finished footwear is subject to quality inspection before shipment. Our inspection process focuses on workmanship, appearance, sizing, construction and compliance with the agreed product specifications to help ensure consistent quality for our customers.
Production lead time generally ranges from 1–3 months or longer, depending on order quantity, product model, customization requirements, material availability and production scheduling. A confirmed delivery schedule will be discussed according to each order.
Yes. We can support urgent, large-volume and recurring orders, subject to available production capacity and stock. For standard products, ready stock may be available to support urgent requirements. OEM and ODM projects generally require additional time for material sourcing, product development, tooling, sample approval and customized production.
Yes. We can assist with export shipment arrangements and can also coordinate with the customer's nominated freight forwarder or logistics provider.
